2.5dlWholemeal wheat flour
2.5dlMilk or water
25gYeast
6dlWheat flour

Instructions for Start buns

To prepare the Start buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast into the milk/water. Add the salt, oil and grated carrot. Mix the 2 kinds of flour to the dough and knead in release. Raises the ½ hour. Shape buns of dough and let them after raising 15 min. Bake buns 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Tips:
Hvedemelet can be replaced with whole grain oatmeal.
