To prepare the Squash soup with garlic and crostini recipe, please follow these instructions:

The squash is cut into tern and onion and garlic chopped nicely. Heat a little olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion and garlic until they are golden. Add squash and continue until they start coloring. Pour broth into the pan and simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Blend the soup using a spell blender or several laps in a food processor. Bring the soup back into the pan and cook it with cream, salt and pepper. Just add a portion of chopped fresh basil before serving. Grate the bread slices on both sides and drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly squeezed pepper. The soup may be served. With a top of freshly baked parmesan.
