Squash soup of yellow squash

Ingredients

Bread croutons
Chicken cubes
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
1 Large onion
1.5 tbsp Wheat flour
3-4 Yellow squash (a total of approx. 1600-2000 g)
4 dl Milk
6 dl Chicken stock (water + 2 cube)

Instructions

To prepare the Squash soup of yellow squash recipe, please follow these instructions:

The squash is peeled and cut into small terns. Onions are chopped fine. The olive oil is heated and the onion and squash are exchanged without color. The flour is sprinkled and broth and milk poured on. It boils for 10 min. Then blend with a spelled blender or squeeze through a sieve and heat on and season with salt and pepper.
