50 | g | Breadcrumbs |
500 | g | Rhubarb |
Instructions for Spring rhubarb cake
To prepare the Spring rhubarb cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rhubarb, cleaned and cut into 1 cm pieces, mix with sugar and potato flour. It added in a pie dish or the like.
Eggs and sugar, beat for one egg snaps and then blended coconut flakes and bread crumbs in. It poured over the rhubarb.
Cake Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
Tips:
Instead of coconut flakes and bread crumbs can be used 100 g finely chopped nuts
