3Egg yolks
3Egg whites

To prepare the Sponge Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Set the oven to 180 °. Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar thoroughly for foam and turn the flour in a little while. Whip egg whites very stiff. Point the flour on the pinch egg whites and gently twist the egg whites together. Then gently turn the egg whites into the egg yolks.

Fill the mass into a syringe and spray approx. 12 cm. Long cakes on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle the cakes with sugar and bag them for 15-18 min. Till they are golden. Cool the cakes on a baker.
