Instructions for Split tenderloin
To prepare the Split tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tenderloin skærres half through from head to tail. Printed flat, so it resembles a flanksteak.
Oil and spices is poured into a bag and the loin is added into the bag. Close the bag and benefit the marinade on the loin by, pressing it.
Can be put in the fridge for later, but can also FRY or Grill Tiger with the same, about 8 mins in total. Rest about 5 minutes and cut into thin slices, cut the bias (like smoked salmon).
Tips:
Pomfrittes, bearnaise sauce and a good salad, taste good to. Or baking potatoes and garlic butter
