Instructions for Spinaci di Magro
To prepare the Spinaci di Magro recipe, please follow these instructions:
The roses are soaked for approx. 1 hour in hand warm water. The spinach is placed in a pan without wet and heated while stirring until it drops. Spinate is taken up and pressed free of moisture. Parsley and halved garlic are sautéed in the olive oil. Add spinach and the well-drained raisins. Steps to wet are gone. Remove if necessary. Garlic cloves before serving and taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. The dish can be varied by removing raisins and parsley and adding 2-3 finely chopped anchovies, slightly crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon fox parmesan.
