Preheat the oven to 200 ° and lightly grease a small baking pan with vegetable oil. Set aside.

Trim the bottom of cauliflower to remove any green leaves and woody stem.


In a medium sized bowl, combine yogurt with lime lemon peel and juice, chile powder, cumin, garlic powder, curry, salt and pepper.

Put cauliflower into the bowl and use a brush or your hands to spread marinade evenly over its surface. (Excess marinade can be stored in a refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days and used with meat, fish or other vegetables).
