Instructions for Spiced steaks with tomato sauce
To prepare the Spiced steaks with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Parsley, onion and garlic mixed with meat and seasoned with salt and pepper. Meat formed into 4 equal oblong patties, about 2 ½ cm high. The FRY in a frying pan in olive oil about 8 mins on each side.
Tomato sauce: in a small saucepan sauté onions and garlic in a little olive oil. Then pour the tomatoes and spices. Boil at low heat for 5 min. season with salt and pepper. Serve with Herb Potatoes.
Tips:
the sauce blended with finer texture. There can also be used fresh herbs.
