Instructions for Spiced steaks with tomato sauce

To prepare the Spiced steaks with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Parsley, onion and garlic mixed with meat and seasoned with salt and pepper. Meat formed into 4 equal oblong patties, about 2 ½ cm high. The FRY in a frying pan in olive oil about 8 mins on each side.
