250 | g | Catfish |
3 | tbsp | Oil |

Instructions for Spice with scallops and bacon
To prepare the Spice with scallops and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the wine with lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and chopped dill in a bowl. If you use large scallops, cut them through. Cut the fish in pieces 4-5 cm, and put both in the marinade. Mix and leave the bowl covered and cold for 2-3 hours.
Cut the bacon through once. Cut the lemon into slices and then in half or quarters. Pour the fish from the fish and store it for brushing. Roll a slice of bacon about each scallop and put them on the spoon, alternately with fish pieces and lemon slices, and place them on the grill.
The cooking time is approx. 10 minutes and turn regularly until the bacon is fried. Brush with the marinade every now and then. Sprinkle with chopped dill for serving.
tips:
If you can not get fresh scallops, you can use deep frozen. Store the layers that form during thawing and mix it in the marinade. Instead of catfish (also called chickpeas) another fish type can be used.
