Instructions for Spanish potato pastry
To prepare the Spanish potato pastry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat 2.5 dl oil in a pan.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Sprinkle 1 tsp. Salt on them and brush them 8-10 minutes in the oil. Turn them over the fry.
Add the onions and continue the frying approx. 10 minutes until potatoes are tender and yellowish brown. Get it all up in a sieve, so maybe. Excess fat may run off.
Whip the eggs together and add 1 teaspoon. salt. Mix the potatoes and onions in the egg yolks.
