Instructions for Spaghetti with tomato sauce
To prepare the Spaghetti with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions and garlic peeled and cut very nicely. Heat the olive oil on the large pan, sauté onion and garlic in the oil. At the same time open the can and cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces after which the juice and tomatoes are poured. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and simmer for a minimum of 10 minutes, longer time does not damage! But remember: there must be stirred in between.
In the meantime boil 5 l of water in a large pan with 2 tablespoons of salt, spaghetti boiled al dente. Remember to try in between.
Then the sauce has to be tasted - is something missing? Certainly pepper and salt (the food can also be made stronger with chilli powder; more fruity with 1 tablespoon balsamice; more liquid with 1 glass of red wine).
Let the finished spaghetti drip into a sieve and pour it directly into the hot tomato sauce and mix well. And as always, the osteria and parmesan must be on the table.
