500 | g | Durummel |

Instructions for Spätzle
To prepare the Spätzle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, egg, salt and water in a bowl and stir thoroughly with spoon or whisk (Important: WITH HAIR!) Until the dough begins to make "bubbles".
Let the dough stand for 10 minutes and cook a pot of water in the meantime.
The dough must now be pressed portionwise through either a potato press, a dough or a so-called "Spätzlehobel" (can be bought on ebay or the like) into the boiling water. If you choose to hit the dough, the dough must push the press through the holes with dents or the like.
Let the water boil and boil the spatula for 30-60 seconds, then fish them up. Take the water off the heat while pressing the next serving. The process is repeated until the dough is used.

The spreads can be served immediately or cooled easily and then turned into melted butter.
