200 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
300 | g | Common wheat flour |
400 | g | White wheat |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Sour Bread Diabetic
To prepare the Sour Bread Diabetic recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the beer. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into the dough is uniform.
Let dough raise covered in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Bread baked with white wheat is highly suitable for diabetics, since these are not allowed to eat bread that is baked (exclusively) of common wheat flour that gives a too large and rapid increase of a diabetic blood sugar etikers.
