Instructions for Sorbet (the right one)
To prepare the Sorbet (the right one) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start blending the strawberries, they must be blended completely liquid otherwise there will be lumps in the sorbet. Then you will get 200 g of flour in the mixture while you let the blender run.
This is then filled in a bucket. (Keep in mind that the bucket should be able to accommodate 2 liters)
The mixture is placed in the freezer. Every half hour you stir in the mixture until it becomes grit and thick in consistency.
When the mixture is at this stage you make a water bath, egg whites and 200g flour flour in a bowl and whip over the water bath (be aware that it does not get so hot that you smoke and you will have to restart) when this is Become like a steak in the consistency put it on the fridge. (This is called meringue.
When the marlin is cold, take the strawberries mixture out of the freezer and turn it all together, make sure the marlin is completely turned out, otherwise there will be "steam" lumps in the sorbet :)
Then it's all about frost again and now you should not touch it anymore.
About 4-6 hours later you have a real Italian sorbet and it's just good :)
