1 | dl | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.5 | tbsp | Greek yogurt 10% |
1-1.5 | dl | Sugar (depending on which Berry is used) |
150 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
45 | g | Grated white chocolate |
45 | g | Melted dark chocolate |
450 | g | Frozen berries |
Instructions for Sorbet-tart with chocolate-net
To prepare the Sorbet-tart with chocolate-net recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Melt the butter and mix it in melblandingen to a solid lump. Grease a pie dish and divide the batter evenly. Behind the bottom at 225 degrees to the bottom is golden brown. Set bottom on ice until it is cold.
Now it's time to fill. Blendt the frozen berries, sugar, vanilla sukkerret and the Greek yogurt for a sorbet. Sorbeten butter over the bottom, sprinkle the white chocolate over the ice and low to finish a chocolate-net of the dark, melted chocolate. Server the cake immediately, or store it in the freezer.
