To prepare the Smoothie with berries recipe, please follow these instructions:
All ingredients are mixed together in a blender (beware of ice cubes, otherwise they should first be crushed, for example, in a dish).
Pour the ice first. Then the peeled bananas, berries, sugar and milk.
Blend until you have a completely uniform mass (you can hear when the ice cubes have been crushed).
