1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 | dl | Nut kernels, hazelnut, walnut or sunflower seeds |
1 | dl | Oil |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1/2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Sugar |
21/2 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Squash, carrots or apples |

To prepare the Small fruit cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash and grate the fruit. Chop the seeds with a knife. Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl of thick cream. Turn the dry parts in with a ladle. Add alternately oil, flour, fruit and grains. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Brush the moulds with oil and fill the dough in. 1/2 hour at 200 degrees in the back.
