3 | dl | Water |
3.3 | dl | Beer. light lager. untaxed. meat |
50 | g | Yeast |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Slim Boller
To prepare the Slim Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oatmeal boil lightly with water and salt. Allow the crop to cool slightly, add beer.
Stir yeast into the mixture, then kneaded with wheat flour. How much is a sense of sensation, but as little as possible, but so much that the dough does not feel sticky.
Let it rise for approx. 30 minutes.
Form 16 bowls, sprinkle with birch or sesame seeds. Leave them to adhere for 10 minutes or put them in a cold oven and let them rise while the oven is warming.
Bake at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15-20 min.
