To prepare the Skinkemignon the best recipe, please follow these instructions:

The ready-made skinkemignon may need to be tied with cotton yarn.
Put in oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes with very little water in refractory dish ------- The skinkemoon will be slightly pink, may be given a little more time, but this is actually a shame!
