Ingredients for Skibberlabskovs (Microwave)
1 | tsp | Groftkværnet pepper |
10 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Chopped onion |
2 | pcs | Bay leaves |
2 | tsp | Salt |
5 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Give into cubes |
850 | g | Mealy potatoes, peeled, diced |
Instructions for Skibberlabskovs (Microwave)
To prepare the Skibberlabskovs (Microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut potatoes and onions in the tern of approx. 1 x 1 cm, the meat in the tern of approx. 2 x 2 cm. Bowl butter in a flat bowl that can hold the whole dish. Tires with lid or microfilm. Microwave at 600 watts for 1 min.
Add the meat and turn it around the butter. Add onion, pepper, salt, bay leaves and water. Stir around and cover with lid. Microwave at 900 Watt microwaves for 6 min. Stir.
Place the potatoes over the meat without stirring. Tires with lid or microfilm. Microwave at 900 watts for 12 min. And then at 600 watt microwaves for 30 min. Followed by 5 min. rest.
Notice if the potatoes are tender, stir and grind the potatoes for mash with a fork. If necessary, add a little more water if the dish is too dry. Season with salt and pepper.
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and cold butter, pickled beans and coarse rye bread.
