3-4 | tsp | Flour |
4 | dl | Milk |

Instructions for Simple Omelet
To prepare the Simple Omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put bacon on the pan and while chopping red onion, cut the sausages into suitable pieces (I cut them first and then in small pieces)
Beat the eggs into a bowl and add milk and flour. Stir well until it is completely free of lumps. Add all ingredients and a little salt, stir together and pour into an ovenproof dish.
Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. (Depending on the size of the dish, if it is a thick omelet, it should have a little longer) When finished, sprinkle with grated cheese.
