To prepare the Shrinkage (the best and easiest!) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the egg in a bowl and then salt and pepper. Stir it all together well.
Flush the cooking plate up to 10 and add a little becel / stegemargerine. Whole egg mixture on the forehead. Now start stirring, fast for otherwise it will burn when the egg mixture starts to take shape, just pick it up so it will get a bit small. Dry if necessary. A little more salt and pepper on.
Now you have scrambled eggs, eat if needed. With rolls or french bread.
