Ingredients for Shrimp Soup with Lemongrass & coriander

Fresh coriander leaves
0.25tspSugar
0.5tspGrated lime must (possibly lemon peel)
1Bladselleri stem
1tspFish sauce
1tspChopped chili without seeds
1tbspLime juice (lemon juice)
1tspGrape seed oil
2dlBoiled shrimp in shell
5cmLemongrass split lengthwise
5dlFish broth (possibly vegetable broth)

Instructions for Shrimp Soup with Lemongrass & coriander

To prepare the Shrimp Soup with Lemongrass & coriander recipe, please follow these instructions:

Arrow the prawns. Grill shrimp shells in a little oil in a frying pan or in a wok to husk switches to red color. Add the broth and let Cook for about 15 minutes, the Fund.
