Instructions for Shopska Salad
To prepare the Shopska Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and clean the peppers and cut them into thin slices along with the peeled cucumber. Grovhak the onion and cut the tomatoes into slices. Sprinkle with a little salt, sunflower oil and vinegar, and serve in a small bowl or plate, served in pyramid shape and decorated with chopped parsley and grated cheese
