Fresh coriander
Oil
0.5clSesame oil
0.5Piece ginger finely chopped
1 3/16dlCarrot julienne
1 3/16dlChicken broth
1/3dlSoy sauce
1/3dlSugar
2Small Asian hot peppers
3Green onions finely chopped
3cloveCrushed garlic
3/16dlChinese sesame paste
3/16dlRice vinegar
3/16dlToasted sesame seeds
3/16dlVegetable oil
300gFresh noodles

Instructions for Sesame-nuddelsalat

To prepare the Sesame-nuddelsalat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the noodles until they are al dente. Shake the water off and rinse in cold water. Let them drip well and got a little vegetable oil or another over.

Sauce: in a large saucepan half overheat vegetable oil and onions Sauté. Add the garlic, ginger and chili pepper and let it overheat while stirring. Turn off the heat and add the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame paste and chicken broth. Heat and let simmer for two minutes. Add the sesame oil. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
