1.5 | dl | Milk |

3 | dl | Tomato juice. canning |
500 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
Instructions for Sellerifad with beef
To prepare the Sellerifad with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel Peel, halve it and cut it into 1 cm. thick slices as boil in lightly salted water about 10 mins. Let them drip well and place them in a greased, ovenproof dish.
Stir meat, chopped onion and egg together. Add the milk a little at a time. Stir in salt and pepper over celery slices in. Advantage forcemeat and pour tomato juice on.
Let the right roast in a hot oven 200 degrees in 40 min.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over and serve boiled potatoes.
