Ingredients for Seasoned Bread
400 to 500 g wheat flour | ||
Egg white | ||
1 | tbsp | Butter |
2 | tbsp | Freeze dried dill or 5 spskf. fintklippet fresh dill |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Butter or oil |
3 | tsp | Sugar |
3 | dl | Water |
4 | tbsp | Finely chopped onion |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Seasoned Bread
To prepare the Seasoned Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
First, lightly chop the chopped onion into the butter and drain it.
Then pour the yeast into a bowl and pour lukewarm water, butter or oil, salt, sugar, dill, the light brown onions. And finally the flour is stirred in a little while.
Stir with a spoonful and knead the dough on the table for a soft uniform dough, put on a slight spot for 35 minutes. Cover the dough with a backing.
The dough is reeled and the dough is put in an oil-lubricated form of 1½ liter.
The bread after raises for about 30 minutes. Brush with egg white and baking on the bottom groove at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 45 min.
The bread is taken out of the mold 5 min. Before and baked out of the mold to get a crisp and good crust. Good with butter, cheese or sausage.
