Instructions for Scones
To prepare the Scones recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk lunes, and dissolve yeast in it, however, must not be warmed with. All the ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough now made to withdraw to double in size in a warm place, covered.
The dough is divided into 2 equal balls, each shaped like French bread. These 2 deje rests 2-3 minutes then the beaten flat and folded over like French bread, and rolled out for sausage shape about 35 cm long. The 2 sausages placed on a greased plate, pressed flat to approximately 6 cm's wide, pricked out and with a gaffet and raises to double size.
Bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees C Groove in about 15 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
After baking, cool the loaves and cut into approximately 1 cm. thick slices placed on the plate and toasting at 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
Can be served to both tea as coffee.
