Instructions for Savoy cabbage salad with balsamicosylated red onions
To prepare the Savoy cabbage salad with balsamicosylated red onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the red onions in thin strips and put them in a bowl. Pour the balsamic vinegar over and turn it round until all the red onions have turned. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips, tear the cucumber obliquely on the coarse part of a grater so that the strips are as long as possible and mix it together in a large bowl. Mix the balsamicosylated red onions in the large bowl and server.
Finally, the salad can be swirled briefly in a saucepan with a little salt if desired.
tips:
Also tastes with pieces of goat cheese and cranberries in.
