To prepare the Sausage horns (Milk free) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough raises like a regular yeast dough for 45 minutes.
Split into three parts, each shaped as a ball and rolled out to a round plate approx. 30 cm in diameter. The plate is cut into 8 triangles.
Each sausage is cut into 2-3 pieces, each placed on the wide end of the triangle, which is then rolled toward the tip. Place on the baking sheet with the tip down. Repeats for 15 minutes.
Brush with water and baked at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20 minutes
