50 | g | Yeast |
750 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Sausage Bread (Hot Dog Bread) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in dejfadet. Hot water/milk, for it is hand warm and stir the yeast into a little of the salt and flour and add the rest;. Knead the dough thoroughly and then let it rest in dejfadet in 10 minutes.
Pour it out on the bagebordet and knead it for another few minutes.
Cut the dough into 20 pieces that rolled to the sausages. Put the sausages in a baking pan with wax paper in the bottom. Raise to double the size of ca. 45 minutes.
Bake on the second Groove in 13-15 minutes at 250 degrees c. alm. oven.
