To prepare the Sauerkraut in Slavko's way recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil salt and water until the salt is dissolved. Let it cool off.
Clean the crumb heads. Remove the outermost leaves, possibly cutting. Poor places of hollow in the bottom of the cabbage head, removing the entire rootstock.
Put the cabbage head in a large saucepan, pour salt water on and place a plate with a weight on top to keep it in the salt layer. You can also cut the cabbage into smaller pieces, for example. Will make sauerkraut with pork or serve cooked sauerkraut for different meat dishes.
After a few days, impurities often rise to the surface. It skim from the surface and throws it out. It is done each or every day.
