3Eggs (one for brushing)
3Carrots
4tbspSugar
50gDurummel
50gYeast
75gRye flour
75gSpelt flour

To prepare the Sarah & amp; Ida's coarse carrot buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour milk and creme fraiche and becel together into a bowl and add sugar. Lune slightly until the mixture is lukewarm.
The yeast crumbles in it and stir around until the yeast is dissolved.
