Instructions for Sante Fe Dip

To prepare the Sante Fe Dip recipe, please follow these instructions:

In a large bowl, stir the cheeses, mayonnaise, corn, jalapenos, chilipeber and garlic powder together. Spread the mixture into a 23 cm pie form. Cover with plastic film and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Stir tomato, spring onion, and fresh coriander together. Cover with lid or plastic film and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

When serving, preheat oven to 175. Bake it for 25-30 minutes.

Serve the hot dip with tortilla chips.
