Instructions for Sandwich bread I
To prepare the Sandwich bread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt margarine, pour the milk into the pan and allow it to become finger-hot. Stir the yeast into a little of the milk and pour all the liquid into a dough dish. Add sugar, salt and adjust a lot of flour to give a smooth dough that releases your hands. Leave it rested for 20 minutes. Beat the dough, push it out into a plate and roll it straight to a sausage. Lay the sausage in the mold, cover with foil and allow it to rise to the edge of the mold. Bake bread approx. 30 minutes at 210 degrees. N.B. The recipe fits a 3 liter shape.
