To prepare the Salza Pizzaiola (Pizza-Sauce) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the finely chopped onions until tender in 10 minutes until tender and translucent, but not roasted. Add garlic and spin forward a few minutes.
