To prepare the Salted sapphire rings recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the yeast in a bowl, pour the milk over and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Add melted butter, salt, egg, saffron and 5 dl of flour. Work the dough evenly and smoothly. Add more flour gradually until the dough gets stuck. Let the dough rise for at least 10 minutes or twice the size of a dish. Put the dough on a floured table and work it smoothly. Form it for a long roll and divide it into 24 pieces. Roll each bite to an approximately 30 cm long lace and shape wrapping directly onto a greased plate. Let the pastries rise for 20-25 minutes. Whip the pastry with spiced egg and bag them at 250 degrees on the middle shelf for about 8 minutes.
