Instructions for Salted salmon
To prepare the Salted salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip whites until they can be turned without falling out of the bowl. Pour the salt in and turn around with a scraper. Spice the salmon with pepper on both sides. Grease half of the whites on the skins side and put the salmon with this side down in an ovenproof dish. Grease the rest of the whites on the other side. Be careful that the whites cover the fish completely. Bake in the oven for 20 min at 200 g. After baking, beat the salt dough of the salmon and throw away. The salmon is cut into pieces of portions and served with lemon and dill.
Server with vegetables and fresh bread.
