Ingredients for Salmon with peppers and bearnaise
Freshly ground pepper | ||

½ | tsp | Coarse salt |
10 | g | Butter |
1000 | g | Boiled potatoes |
3 | Peppers of various colors (ca. 525 g) | |
4 | Salmon fillets (approx 500 g) |
Instructions for Salmon with peppers and bearnaise
To prepare the Salmon with peppers and bearnaise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spread the salmon fillets in a small ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake the salmon in the middle of the oven.
Rinse and clean the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Let the butter melt in a forehead with high heat, but without burning. Season the peppers for approx. 1 min. Add salt and pepper and continue on even heat for approx. 5 min.
Bring the sauce to a boil in a thickened pot by steady heat and stirring.
When serving:
Put the peppers on a dish and put the salmon on it. Serve immediately with sauce and potatoes.
