Herbs such as parsley, thyme or Basil. preferably fresh but dried can also be used
Pepper
2tbspBreadcrumbs/bread crumbs
2tbspDijon mustard
2tbspMelted butter
4tbspChopped cashews (may be replaced with other nuts to taste)
4tspHoney
4Salmon fillets

Instructions for Salmon with cashews

To prepare the Salmon with cashews recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix butter, mustard and honey in one bowl and bread crumbs, cashews and selected herbs in another.

Put the salmon fillets in a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with pepper.

Butter the fillets with honey/mustard mixture (in a thick layer) and sprinkle bread crumb/nut mixture over.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 225 degrees, or until fish is done.

Tips:
Serve with baked potatoes or wild rice and a green salad.
