Instructions for Sagoøl

To prepare the Sagoøl recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beer and lemon peel to the boil, while stirring, pour in sago grynene and cooking continues approximately ½ hour. Egg yolks, beat whites with sugar. 1 dl. of the boiling sagoøl mix with this, after which everything is poured into the Pan and whipped until the soup is close to boiling point.

Small Biscuits are served to. Can also be cooked by with equal parts of van and beer.
