Instructions for Saffron bread
To prepare the Saffron bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush the Saffron very finely in a mortar with a little sugar.
Stir the yeast into the dejfadet with a bit of the cold milk and add the egg. Mix the fat throughout the rest of the milk and warm the mixture. Pour the yeast, add salt, sugar and saffron. Knead the flour in the batter along with the raisins and the scalded, slipped, chopped almonds. Knead the dough well until it is smooth and style it to uplift.
The raised dough kneaded thoroughly and shaped to plums, gifler, round cake or doughnut. Put them on the greased baking sheet until after the withdrawal.
Butter egg and sprinkle with Pearl sugar, ground almonds and raisins. Crane late must Bake 10 minutes more.
Bake at 225 degrees C for 10 minutes
