To prepare the Sønderjyske buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm the milk up to 30 degrees. Stir in milk, yeast, butter, and the 2 eggs together, then add the cardamom and most of the flour. Let dough raise with a little flour sprinkled over until it fills the dual, roll out dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces that are shaped into buns with lightly floured hands. Set dough balls on a greased plate and let them raise ca 15 min. Buns brushed with the beaten egg. Then bake the at 225 degrees for about 15 min.
