To prepare the Sønderjyd stang, Sisses recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk and butter are chopped together, the yeast is crumbled, sugar and the eggshell eggs are added. The dough is kneaded, divided and each piece rolled out into an elongate plate. In the middle, the filling is divided, tied together by torn marcipan, butter and egg white. Cover the sides of the dough over the filling, close it well and place on a greased baking sheet. Set aside for 10 minutes on a slope or 10 hours in a cool place. Brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar and almonds. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. The rod can be frozen.
