| 2 | tbsp | White wine |
| 2½ | tbsp | Cornstarch/corn flour |
| 2-3 | tsp | Sugar |
| 4½ | dl | Pureed fruit (currants, cherries, strawberries, or other fruits can be used) |
Instructions for Russian Kissel
To prepare the Russian Kissel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir corn starch / maizena, wine and lemon juice together.
Bring the fruit puree with the sugar and stir the flour. Let it simmer while stirring until it gets thick.
Cool and let it get completely cold in the refrigerator before serving.
