Instructions for Russian Angel Wings
To prepare the Russian Angel Wings recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead flour, water, eggs, rum, salt, and sugar together into a glossy dough. Roll it out and cut it in thin strips at 5 x 15 cm. with a knife. Cut a hole in the middle of each strip and pull one end through the hole and regular Angel wings. You can also cut three very thin strips of dough and merge them together.
Heat the oil up and let klejnerne Cook until golden. Take them up with a skimmer and let them drain on fat sucking paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar klejnerne just before serving.
