1tspVanilla sugar
100gWheat flour
125gSugar
2tbspPotato flour
4Eggs

Instructions for Rouladebund (lagkagebunde)

To prepare the Rouladebund (lagkagebunde) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg, sugar and salt into a thick and creamy cream for 5 minutes with an electric mixer.
Whip vanilla sugar in cream.
Sieve flour, potato flour and baking soda and gently turn it into the egg yolks.
Put a piece of baking paper on a frying pan.
Wipe the dough onto the baking paper.
Bake it in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for 8-10 minutes. (Ordinary oven.)
Put a piece of baking paper on the kitchen table and sprinkle it with sugar.
When the cake is taken out of the oven, immediately turn it back on the baking paper with the sugar.
Immediately place a very damp (almost wet) dishcloth over and let the cake cool down.
When the cake is cooled, remove both the towel and the top piece of baking paper.
Distribute the desired filling on the bottom and roll the roulade together using the bottom piece of baking paper.
Place in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving.

TIP: This recipe can be used for home-made team cakes as well.
Heel the dough in a spring shape and back for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees (ordinary oven).
Cool the cake and cut it into three bottles at the back of a pestle.
