600 | g | Wheat flour thereof approximately 120 g whole grain wheat flour or grit. |

Stir yeast into water, add salt and flour (stirring with spoon)
Cover the bowl with lid or plastic film and place it in the fridge overnight or on the kitchen table for 2-3 hours.
Shape the balls and put them on (lightest with a little damp hands)
Bake 8 min. At 275 degrees, rinse down to 225 degrees and bake for approx. 15 min.
