13 | dl | Wholemeal rye flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Rough bread
To prepare the Rough bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lean the water until it is hand warm. Stir the yeast into the dough pan in a little of the water. Add the rest of the water as well as salt, honey and so much of the flour that it becomes a stable dough. Spread flour over the baking table, pour the dough on it and knead the rest of the flour into it. Form the dough for three smooth bread. Put them in greased baking molds (1½ L). Cover them with a towel and allow them to rise for at least 45 minutes. Or until they have double size. Brush if necessary. With water. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200º for approx. 1 hour. Cooled in a dishcloth.
